Reporting to the Director of Bioinformatics, you will work as part of an established, multidisciplined team incorporating; software, bioinformatics, machine learning and biology. Find out more about the role and how to apply.
This challenging role is at the forefront of gene regulation, developing solutions for gene therapy to treat CNS related disorders. As technical lead for the CNS, you will develop approaches to identify regulatory sequences to build synthetic promoters and gene expression cassettes collaborating with the Design and Bioinformatics teams. The role will primarily involve the production and purification of virus from mammalian cells therefore experience of manufacturing processes (USP/DSP and QC) would be highly advantageous.
